Order Processing and Shipping

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Return & Exchange Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. All returned items must be in unworn, original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

• Clearance Boots & Clearance Shoes (all final sale items)
• Halloween Costume Footwear (special occasion wear)
• Light Up Stripper Shoes (due to electronic components)
• Any worn or damaged items

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
2. Wait for approval – our team will respond within 2 business days with a return authorization number and instructions.
3. Securely package the unworn items with original tags and packaging. Include the original packing slip or your order number inside the package.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense

Exchange Process

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired size/style is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead. We’ll cover shipping costs for your replacement item!
