Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships!
Shipping Methods & Times
We offer two convenient shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please Note: International shipments may experience slight delays due to customs processing. Any applicable customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel absolutely confident and fierce in your new heels, boots, and sandals! If your purchase isn’t perfect, we’re here to help.
Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. All returned items must be in unworn, original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Clearance Boots & Clearance Shoes (all final sale items)
- Halloween Costume Footwear (special occasion wear)
- Light Up Stripper Shoes (due to electronic components)
- Any worn or damaged items
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a return authorization number and instructions.
- Pack Your Items: Securely package the unworn items with original tags and packaging. Include the original packing slip or your order number inside the package.
- Ship to Us: Mail your return to our Los Angeles address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund Processing Time: 5-7 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
- Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is at customer’s expense.
International Returns Note: International returns may experience longer processing times due to customs clearance.
Exchange Process
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired size/style is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead. We’ll cover shipping costs for your replacement item!
